A  3 YEAR OLD BOY SEVERELY BURNED IN GANZI, TIBET

Gadeng is a 3 year old boy from Tibet. He lives with his parents in Ganzi, a small town in the province Sichuan.
In October of this year Gadeng got severely burned in a house fire. Unfortunately he did not manage to leave the house in time.

He was admitted in an extremely critical condition to a local hospital in Golog. He has suffered severe burns on his face, chest and lower body. His injuries are so severe that we, as an organisation, decided not to publish the picture we have received of Gadeng from his father.

During the first treatment his condition has been stabilised. The doctors that are treating him have advised for him to stay in the hospital for at least 3 more months to undergo the necessary treatments. The total costs of these treatments are estimated at an amount of 25.000 Euro.

The Golog Support Foundation of the Netherlands and Luxembourg started on the initiative of Lama Jigme Namgal a fundraising for Gadeng.

The majority of the people who live in this Tibetan region are poor to very poor. They are not able to pay the costs associated with these necessary medical treatments.

We hope, that together with your financial support, we will be able to help pay for the medical costs associated with the treatments. In this way we will support Gadeng and his family in the long road of recovery that still lies ahead of him.

The Golog Support Foundation is registered as an ANBI-foundation. This means that your gift will be tax-deductible.
